Precious

Precious is a purebred Nigerian Dwarf and a treasured member of the HRND herd. Her name was inspired by the One Ring from The Lord of the Rings — “one ring to rule them all” — which seemed like a fitting name for such a special little goat.

We purchased Precious from Michelle at Ponderosa Dairy Goat Ranch in Ridgeville, and we are thrilled to have her here on the farm. She is part of the foundation we are building as we grow our herd, and we are especially excited to see what the future holds for her.

As we continue developing our breeding program, we can’t wait to see what kind of kids Precious produces and what traits she will pass along. We’re excited to watch her grow into her place here at HRND and look forward to the next chapter of her story!
